ALBERELLO
Agricultural architecture, not nostalgia.
Each plant grows low and free-standing. Its form shelters the fruit and concentrates human work: pruning, observation and harvest happen vine by vine. In warm, dry Puglia, alberello is a practical answer to place.
LIVING SOIL
The work starts before harvest.
Compost
Stems and pomace return to the land as organic matter.
Cover crops
Legume and grass mixes support fertility, structure and erosion control.
Beneficial insects
We encourage biodiversity and beneficial insects to reduce dependence on treatments.

Higher altitude and chalk-clay soils: the Nero di Troia site, bringing acidity and tension.
